Does your company test on animals?

NIOR Cosmetics is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products on animals, nor do we allow others to test on our behalf.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Niocosmetics.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $25 and over (excluding taxes). Free Standard Shipping is not valid on orders shipped to Canada.

How can I find the status of my order?

With a NIOR account, you can check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information about your NIOR Cosmetics online orders.

For orders shipped within the United States, the Order Status page will prompt you to log in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders. After your order has shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's Web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order has shipped.

Order Cancellations

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some of those reasons include:

  • Item(s) not available
  • Difficulty in processing payment information
  • Inability to ship to address provided
  • Duplicate order placed
  • Cancelled due to a customer request

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (the plastic cover cannot be torn off).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please provide us with your order number so we can process your refund quicker
